Life is good! Been married 35 years now to the most wonderful man which makes every day special. I thought I would slow down in retirement but I seem to be busier than ever. Of course, family comes first. All of our kids and grand kids love to hang with us...they think we are party animals, but it's often hard to keep up with them. We added a great grand daughter Leila Marisol 11/12/13 to the family so we are now five generations! I am thankful that they enjoy our company and are willing to eat, drink and travel with us.

I'm busy with Alumni activities...Avenue of Giants, Athletic Hall of Fame, Directory, reunions and newsletters. For the past few years I've been on the Kentfield-Greenbrae Historical Society Board, planning the Centennial and promoting a fabulous book on the history of the area. Friends, old and new, play an important role in my life. Not everyone is in perfect health so I spend a lot of time being available for them. My peace and quiet come with watercolor painting which has become my latest passion. It is very satisfying and I'm actually improving, having had two paintings in the Marin County Fair!
